What to do if you offer your device for repair



Within warranty

Make sure you back up your data before sending the device for repair.
If we can repair the device within warranty, the repair center is obliged to reset all devices and reset them to factory settings before we take the device into consideration.
This means you have lost all data and the device has to be completely reset.



Out of warranty

In case of damage (so outside warranty) we can leave the data on the device. We only do this at the request of the customer.
We will never store the data from the device or transfer it to another data carrier.

For iPhone, make sure that "Find My iPhone" is turned off.

To test a device it is important that the access code is sent.
