Via the track & trace function (Status Repair) you can see the status of the offered devices. Depending on the regularity and volume, customized reports can be offered.
We will always send you a quote for repairs that are not covered by the warranty.
It is also possible to repair immediately within a pre-agreed amount and to offer a price quotation above. This accelerates the turnaround time.
Repairs that fall within the factory warranty are free of charge.
We provide a standard 3 month warranty on the repair we have carried out.
The warranty does not apply to moisture, drop, impact or pressure damage.
The warranty also expires in case of software applications.
